We have some sagging door hinges and had thought about using bushings in the hinges. How do you go about drilling out the out of round hole and how do you know that all 4 holes will be in line?

Most hinges I've seen already have bushings in them. Unless the holes are totally worn out, all you should have to do is remove the hinge pins, tap out what is left of the old bushings and tap in new bushings and replace the pin. The bushings are available from most Chevelle parts vendors.
