I'm doing some patch panel repair on my 66 SS. I know there is some kind of rust proofing spray that I should put on the steel before doing any lap joints. What is it? and where do I get it? I could have sworn Eastwood had something like that, but can't find it in their catalog or , on their website!

I could not find it on Eastwood's site either. 3M makes this product, it is called weld through primer. Any bodyshop supply store should have it and know what it is.

One word of caution. shake the casn WELL
and then skake it again. after spaying make sure you turn upside down and clean out tube/nozel, or you'll have an expensive
paperweight. BTDT ARGHHHHHHHHHHH
