Hi, I have a 1972 chevelle. I was quoted $425.00 to have my headliner replaced. Is this a normal price range in the Northwest?

$425 sounds high. Around here (Indy) it costs around $175-$200 labor and I think a headliner kit is about $60-$70 plus S&H from the Chevelle parts places. I'd say around $300 would be more like it.
