I'm looking for suggestions. My 69 came with a mono dash speaker for the AM radio and kick panel and rear speakers for the 8 track. I put an aftermarket AM/FM and am using the rear and kick panel speakers. What should I do to cover/fill the hole under the dash where the dash speaker went?

Also, I have a rattle in one of the heater butterfly doors under that dash. Any suggestions?

Do you mean you want something to go under the dash and cover (from the bottom) the speaker grille?? I used a thick black cloth I got at a fabric store & glued it under the dash with 3M spray adhesive.
