Need to pull a AM radio out of my 66 to get at the speaker. Whats the best way to do it .

Only one way to remove it that I know of. It's probably like a 67.....pull the tuning & volume knobs off and remove the nut under each knob. Disconnect the antenna lead from the radio case under the dash - should pull straight out, and the electrical connector for power and speaker wires. There's probably a bracket supporting the back of the radio behind the dash that also needs to be removed. Then the radio pulls forward from the dash, and out. Now, it's a little harder 'cause you're standing on your head to get up under the dash, and it's a VERY confined space back there.
