Does anyone have a pic of the hood side of their vacuum pod? I am curious as I put mine through the holes in bracker and if the bracket does not bolt up on a n angle it looks like the outlet for the vacuum tube on the engine side will be crooked?? Is this correct?

ok, I figured it out, though I think someone here sold me the wrong vacuum pod? This one says 68-72 chevelle/nova cowl a/c vacuum pod. I don't think this is for cowl induction. The hose end is way too narrow.

I can't seem to find my original pod for my cowl (probably threw it out as it didn't work), but your right, I think the hose end was larger than what you now have. It will still work, I just drilled it out a bit, and glued a small hard peice of hose over the end so when I slipped on the vacume line, is was snug. Works fine.

My hose end points to the right side of the car. The pod is out of a mid 80's cutlass.
