Hi guys, I want to get the cross member powder coated for my 66 chevelle but don't want to do it until I know that I don't have to alter it in any way. Do I have to? redrilling holes bending stuff etc? Thank You for your help.

On my '68 I did not.

Nope. On my 69, all I had to do was move it back a couple of inches and drill one new hole in the frame on each side.

Same here except with an Elky or wagon you have to weld in an extension to the existing frame mount since the frame is boxed.
