anyone have a pic of a lime metallic 69. that is the paint on my car, but it is so faded that it looks almost gray. Im not sure if I want to go back with the same color, I would like to see what one looks like. I found a pic of a grecian green 68 in the feature car section and I wonder how close the two colors are. thanks.

I don't have any pictures, but if it is the color I'm thinking about it is a light or pale shade of lime green,sort of a metalic color. It was not a dark kelly green like some limes are. I don't know what color it was called for 69 but a friend of mine had a new 69 with this color. It had darker green vinyl top, interior and stripes. It also had something very few (if any) 69's had, it had the same darker green hood and trunk stripes (stripes like the 70's had) and it was an awesome looking 69.

I had a 69 that color, no pics though, but they also used the same color on camaros, i've seen more of them than chevelles Rob...

Go to www.colorscratch.com (http://www.colorscratch.com) you will be able to get some idea of the difference between the colors.

If your thinking of Frost Green, its not like Grecian Green at all. It was probably my car that you saw in Grecian Green http://www.chevelles.com/forum/smile.gif Frost Green does have more of a gray to it and Grecian Green is closer to a mint green. I love both colors.
