Is there any diagram that shows where the clips (and how many) for the rear window trim are suppose to mount at? This is for a 68 Chevelle. Anybody have any information?

there should be short posts around the window that the clips fit into. Are they missing? If they are you should be able to see where they were spot welded on. Just count the posts.

I should have mentioned in my first post the following: During the repair of the rear window framework they were ground away. After using bondo to create a finished surface you cannot see where the posts originally were located. So I don't know how many there were or exactly where they should mount at.

I'm doing the same thing to my back window (69 Impala tho), I'll check to see how many studs there are and I'll get back to you tonite.
