MP brakes' web site has a lot of info. You can find the typical setup here (http://www.mpbrakes.com/typical.htm).

I put a disc conversion kit on my 69 i bolted the booster and mc in the same stock location on the firewall (watch the old metric standard nut bolt thing here that was my only big hang up) the kit came with a combination valve plumbed and bolted to the master cylinder so i took the combination valve off the master cylinder and bolted it to the frame using the bracket that was a little customized* to my liking and then re plumbed the valve back to the master cylinder and then got a little creative with the lines to the front brakes the right front is basically the same as the original line as the stock valve was bolted to the frame only the left front you really have to bend a couple times depending on how far down the frame you bolt the combination valve hope this helps
