If you're looking at the engine from the radiator, to the right of the distributer, there is a 3/4" in vacuum line. Is that the vacuum for the brake booster? Currently, the booster is hooked to the carb. Is that right???

Thats how mine is. it goes to the rear of the carb vacum line.

So what is the other one? It sits kinda low, and just lays on the chassis.

Generally, the fitting on the carb is for the PCV valve and the one on the intake is for the power brake booster. That's the way they came from the factory.
