i have a short-term memory some call "CRS" or "CRAFT" syndrome graemlins/clonk.gif .i am wanting a satin or semi-gloss appearance for my black chevelle.i received some good advice here a while back but had a brain fart and forgot how to get this effect.a car painter on my block told me just to skip the clearcoat.he said that is the only way to get the duller finish.i dont agree.what say you guys? i'll be sure and print your answers so i don't forget again. :rolleyes: thanks!
