you might want to try banks i know they make kits for a small block chevy, but im not sure if they make full carte motors i think they do. the small block twin turbo kit it tuneable to 1100 or so HP on pump gas. hope this helps you out

Before you get all squidgy about a turbo stroker, you should be aware that a proper blower piston will have its ring package further down from the crown. This will directly conflict with the stroker piston pin location. What you want is a bullet proof 350 short block, with moderate size heads.

i want a 427 Twin Turbo.

Thats what i want, im looking for someone to build the block.

i not need it to be a stroker.

A 427 is a 400 block with a 1/4" stroker crank, and usually 6" rods.

maybe but i need a bock capable of holding 20psi+ with a 4.125 bore / 4.000 stroke.

So your goal is roughly 1200 to 1500hp then?

thats optimistic, but i hope to reach 900/1000 on pump gas..

if i can reach 1200/1500 on race gas i would be MORE than excited..

You don't need 20 psi to reach your goal of 900-1000 HP, which I think was the point that TJC was trying to make.
