I got my new Harwood 4 inch Cowl hood on the car and fitter prety well but now i'm having an issue with my windshield wipers. they are to tall and wont' clear the hood. Any ideas? Is there anything special that I need? Has anyone else had this problem? thanks

There was another post on here that had the same problem. The way I see it, you will have to sand some off the cowel until the wipers clear. That means the gell coat will be off there too.
Ask MARTINSR (Brian) how to finish that off.

Have you trimmed the lip at the top of the hood? I have the same hood and that's all it took. Didn't trim the whole edge, just enough for the wiper arms to have some clearance.
