My 65 has been in epoxy primer for about three months now. I am to the point that I want to paint the dash and interior parts. Can I just sand the epoxy a little and paint over it with laquer or do I need to prime it with a 2k primer? Thanks for the help.

Depends on the epoxy. The kind i have OMNI brand has to be scuffed and reaplied if the 2k isint applied over it within 3 days so im not sure i would check an information sheet to make sure.

Just sand the epoxy and paint over it.

yup, sand it and use a scotchbrite in hard to reach areas then paint.
