Does anyone know any paint jobs that will look really nice on a 70 malibu. We went on a road trip to pick it up and we had been on the road 17 hours,we were three hours from home and my dad hit 2 deer. I am 13,so i was wondering if anyone knows any really cool paint jobs.

That is a really subjective question. One that you will know the answer too. I would suggest you look at all of the colors available, and look through paint samples "Chip Books" and see if any colors jump out at you. Then hit some car shows and see what is out there! Don't forget the more elaborate you get the more money it will cost.. That is unless your dad will be painting the car.. Good Luck.. Being it's up to YOU, the only tip I can give is to buy a pint on the color you pick and spray it out on a large test panel. Get a really good feel of the color before you lay out the big greenies for a gallon. http://www.chevelles.com/forum/smile.gif

From the pictures I saw in the Bench Racing Forum, the paint that you had on it looked pretty darn good. Why not go back to that? For some ideas of what other 1970 owners have done, click HERE! (http://links.chevelles.net/links/Garage/1970/) Good luck with whatever you decide.
