My restoration guide talks about different degrees of black. Gloss and flat are easy to find. Where can I find the black in different degrees, how is it labeled, and what are my chances of finding this paint at a local supply store. Thanks for your help.

The eastwood company might be able to help you out. I dont think a jobber can help you I'll see if mine can. Gotta get paint code,or fromulas.

If spraying enamel from a gun, you can get flattener (at least from Dupont) to make any degree of gloss. It takes a little experimentation.

If you get the "technical page" put out by company that sells the "flattening agent", it may give information about the degrees of flat. (I've use the PPG equivalent)
