Harold,
what do you recommend for a 400 sb with turbo. I dont want to turn more than 6000rpm with the motor.
400sb 8.5:1 comp, 1.5 roller rockers, 76cc Iron heads with 1.94/1.60 valves, Holley 300-36 intake with 750dp, turbo 400 with 3,500 converter, 12 bolt with 3.73 gears.

I take it you're talking about the turbo400, not a turbocharger.....
With that 8.5 CR, i'd probably use a VooDoo 262, which is 219/227 at .050, .468/.489 valve lift. At 9.5 CR, I'd use the VooDoo 268, and at anything over 10:1 CR, I'd use the VooDoo 276, which is 233/241 at .050, .504/.525 valve lift
Your converter and rear gears will let you use the VooDoo 276, if you had more CR.....

My initial thought, but you didn't mention the T/C, so.....
TurboCharger cams are opposite from normal cams, either a 262/256 on a 112, or a 268/262 on a 114, would make fine turbo cams.
These are VooDoo lobes, but would be custom-ground.
262/256@seat 219/213@.050, .468/.454 valve lift, and 112 LSA for 8-10 PSI.
268/262@seat, 227/219@.050, .489/.468 valve lift, and 114 LSA for 12-14 PSI.
These cams will make the turbine very responsive, and quick to spool up.
They both should have reasonable vacuum in a 406.
