i have a 68 ss i am doing a frame off resto on underneath this car is what looks like blue paint on the body even where the body mounts were. the car has only 50k miles onit and it has never been taken apart. the cowl is also what seems to gloss black .it looks alot shinier than any car i have seen before .it is a kansas car .the paint is tripoli torquois . inside the car is also what looks like blue primer on the floorpans same as underneath i have never seen a kansas car before and was wondering what is the deal any help?
