: sealer over 2k urathane???

hey guys, anyone know if I should use a primer sealer over the 2k urathane?? the Dupont paint guy said no, but on the can of 2k it says yes.not sure what to do?? thanks

I always use a sealer before spraying color, the color seems to cover better, can be lightly sanded in case you missed anything.You can also get tinted sealer that is close to the color your painting.I usually use grey because that is what the factory used and colors match better.
When the car is ready to paint spray a coat of non-sanding sealer,let it sit about 20 minutes, lightly sand any imperfections with 1000 grit and shoot your topcoats!If there are any places you broke through the primer dust a little on these areas first then a full wet coat on the whole (panel) or car.
