Hey all - Check this one out. 69 Chevelle SS that was originally Daytona Yellow with a Parchment (off-white) vinyl top and black cloth bench interior. It has obviously seen better days. Anyone up to the task of restoring this one? I was told it "might" be for sale.

Looks pretty rust free though!! What's the E after the paint code?

E is for the Parchment vinyl top.
Rick - I'm guessing price is $2500-$3000 - just my guess though.
The car is rougher than the first pic shows. Quarters are rotted around the bottoms and wheelwells. Still probably better than what you east coast and rustbelt guys have to work with.

Did the 69 SS's not come standard with disc brakes ??

Yes, this would have had factory disc brakes. Frame looks to have been out from under this one, so it may have been swapped, or discs were simply robbed from it.

the frame also has small block engine mounts. Must of been swapped.

Us East Coast rust belt guys have bought a lot more for a lot less.

Wasn't suggesting that this was a deal for the east coasters, or that you guys can't find clean stuff. I lived in cancer central (Wisconsin) for 32 years, and a lifetime there would have been much harsher on this car. Only suggesting that a similar car that spent its life east or central would probably be in worse shape.
