I placed a big order yesterday from them which I was hoping to get next week. I then realized they say it takes 7-10 days to even ship the order. I was just wondering from whoever has ordered from them, if it really takes that long or if they just give themselves a buffer...just curious...I hate aftersight..thanks.

well, about 5 years ago when i ordered a bunch of Corvette brake parts from them, they said it would ship in a week- and i got it 5 days after i placed the order.
same thing with Dell when i ordered my Computer from them- they told me 2 weeks before it shipped, and i got it a week and a day after i ordered it.
i think some companies just put in a buffer to keep from making customers angry.
of course, if you have to schedule your day around when the big brown truck is gonna show up, it can really shock you when it shows up a week early.

Thanks guys for putting me a bit at ease. All my parts are special order but I would consider them pretty 'common' for special order things, I hope it doesn't take too long to get them so I can finish my powertrain project next week.

I have used them, but I think their return policy is not so good on special order items. So make sure you use what you buy! Other than that they were pretty good.
