doe's anyone have the dimensions for the emblem on the deck lid? i have a 72 manual, and thier not the same. thanks in advance!

Are you looking for the actual emblem measurement, or placement on the car? From your post it looks like you want the placement, but I want to make sure. I have an original 70 emblem that I took off of a car. I can photo it for you.

As promised I have a pic of the measurements.
I have just a small collection of 70 chevelle decklids about 7 in total and each has the same measurements.

In case you didnt know the 70 has a different emblem then the 71-72, making the hole location different.

As you can see in the pic this is from a 70 chevelle as noticed by the outline of the 70 chevelle emblem...Eric

Damn Eric, that is a Great pic. I needed the measurements too and have been watching this thread hoping someone would respond to it.
