I need to replace the panel that's between the windshield and the lovered panel where the wipers come through.
Who can tell me what's the name of this part and who sells it. Is this a bolted or welded panel?

The piece I think your referring to is welded in. after you remover your windshield
it's has the lip and the bent edges for the cowl vent panel. A lot of the times not only is this piece rusted but also the dash area, Most restoration housed carry the two pieces you need.
