hello all, i have been looking for a car for i while and i think i may have found the right car... it is a 1966 chevelle the VIN is 136176Z156477... and it is a basket case it needs a pass quarter and patch pannel on drivers side trunk pan pass side floor pan and pretty much everything on the front end includign fenders...its comes with a 4 door for parts, a 1979 454, a 283, a glide and a th350,the good it has a 12 bolt posi and the frame is soild is 2,000$ a fair price or should i keep looking... my over all plans for the car is a street/strip car that will probly have a cage and my goal is to run in the 11's is this a soild base? sorry for the long rambling but i jsut need some input on this... thanks again

Sounds good to me,just check and make sure you have a good frame.Keep what you need,sell or trade whats left,for what you think you might need,in our classifieds first.Looks like your getting more than twice that just in the drive train,and getting the chasic for free,IMO.
