I know in Pennsylvania it'd better be an awful nice 4 door not to be parted out. Worth more in pieces than they are cleaned up and sold as whole cars.
So the supply of 4 doors is drying up fast.
Maybe you can place a wanted ad in the classifieds?
Also check local Auto Trader type papers.
Otherwise start looking for old junkyards in out of the way places. You know, the ones with a lot of space and no particular hurry to rotate stock.
If I were you in Texas I'd be more optimistic about finding something than I am here in PA.

I too have a '65 4-door parts car. Pretty picked over but decent passenger side door remain and a few other odds and ends. It's a 300 Deluxe but the basic stuff will be the same. Let me know if you need anything specific, I'd be glad to get rid of it altogether or in parts. If I can get it on the trailer it's going to the crusher this summer sometime.
