Our area is having a car show Saturday/tomorrow. I am wondering if I should go. I am having a little anxiety about it. I have not been well since my work injury, I got my wagon on the road a few weeks ago, got most of the bugs out, but in the mean time I have cracked the windshield. I mainly want to go to be around friends since I have not seen some of them in a year. My engine is filthy in my mind, everyone says it looks like you could eat off of it, I guess they have dirty plates. I think I will wash it today just in case. What do you all think?

1. Go to the show?

2.Stay home and pet my Redbone hound? (This is a coon dog)nothing X-Rated.

How 'bout both? Bring the dog to the show! I wouldn't worry about a dirty engine. Go to the car show to have fun, and meet old friends.

I'd bring the dog if he wasn't insane. Well, the ehgine is pretty clean again. It just had some water spots on the alum. vlv covers, nothing major, except to me. I am going and bringing my fried yard bird. I even washed the thing, took awhile but it's looking pretty good. If I had about 80 grand I could make it look real goo, but then I wouldn't want to drive it. Oh Well.

You should go and enjoy the show. If your engine is really dirty, don't open the hood. If it is a local show, there will be all kinds and conditions of cars. Show your hard work and be proud of it!

No one will say,"Look what the dog's walkin!" Same with under your hood, if they comment, hand them a rag! ENJOY MY FRIEND. graemlins/thumbsup.gif

Well, it is the morning of now. I am ready to go, got my fried chicken, diet coke, and I even wore the flame shirt my mom made me last year for the first time. Oh, did I mention the ginger snaps? The car is pretty clean now, engine looks good and I am impatiently waiting to go. I thought about bringing Red, thats the coon hound. I went out and spoke to him for awhile about going to the show. He decided he would rather not as he might get hair in the car, and he aslo stated their was a slight possibility of lifting his leg on someone elses tire. So I guess I'm outa here, gotta go finish my snack, before the snack, before lunch. Bye
