Did GM use two different radiator supports for the 65. There are two sizes of radiators for 65. Did the 25 in wide rad. use a different support than the 23 in wide rad.

I don't know about the Chevelle, but with the Skylark, yes they had cross flow and vertical flow.

I have never seen the supports so I don't know if they are different.

To my limited Knowledge there is but ONE 65 Rad support. the difference was the rad frame it self. and when you looked at the cores width in the frame...

G.M used the same radiator supports for the V8 25"and 6 cyl cars 23". They used a wider bracket on the 23" radiators, and they all lined up with the same holes in the support.
