Yep! That's my challenge to Peter or to Admin Al. We want recognition toooo!

Post your car below. If there are enough of us, maybe Peter can do something?

Mine is a 1971, 4-door, all-original Malibu with a 250 motor, PS, 3.07 rear-end, Mulsanne Blue, with a little more than 50,000 original miles. It is all original, except for an HEI eletronic ignition added by owner #2 to prove performance. I have the original stalk and rotor etc. I have also bought a new package shelf cover. I am owner #3. (Photo below features my step-son Felix.)

The interesting part of the story is that it comes from the salty North Atlantic, in the Canadian Province of Newfoundland. My car was stored in a gentleman's basement after his father passed away. I have an inpsection slip from May 1990 indicating 39,997 miles. The car is survivor category. It did receive one paint job and has a couple of minor blemishes that I should have cut & replaced properly.

It has basically survived the salties! tongue.gif I keep it dry in my garage and avoid rainy days. I believe one day, if I keep it pristine, it will be worth something. Very few cars of its era will be left and I will win out. I continually resist the temptation to buy a new 350 ram-jet and have fun with it.

I have now brought it home to Sherbrooke Quebec. It is my Sunday driver, featured below on a beautiful day in the old part of Quebec City.
