a friend claims he knows of a L-79 4-dr. wagon with 4-speed how many were produced if any?

It would be cool and worth big bucks if documented. Steve R. dcarr Jan 9th, 02, 10:45 PM The '68 L79 could be ordered in ANY Chevelle model, including 4-doors, wagons, and El Caminos. All '68 L79s came with manual transmissions. There were 4,082 1968s that were built with L79s. Of those, probably just over 400 were wagons. The scarcest '68 L79 is probably the 2-door post sedan.
