rick Apr 17th, 04, 3:44 PM METRO or SOFSEAL for the doors on my 72?? I've heard good & bad about both companies. Generally I've heard that the Metro is softer, easier to work with and seals better, but the sofseal is more "correct" in appearance. So what are actual personal experiences? I'm leaning toward metro because the better sealing is more important to me than appearance.. cjlandry Apr 17th, 04, 5:20 PM I've only used Metro, and it works fine. No idea about any others. The major difference is the density of the Foam.. with " Soft Seal " being a firm'er composition. compaired to " Metro " When installed the "Soft Seal" door, Trunk. seal will need time to settle in and most times and require a initial latch adjustment and again after after a period of compression and conforming. but again...
