I have always thought that the location of the toggle switch for the convertible top was always between the lighter and the radio. I came across a picture of a concourse 70 Chevelle SS LS5 which had the switch beside the steering column? (Link below) Now I'm confused. Where is the correct location on an SS convertible.

Yup - always a good topic - gotta love this one - all the originals I have seen for 70, including my convertible - the switch has been between the radio and the cigarette lighter.
