Through past post search I located and am using the locator hole in the left front but I can find the one people speak of by the rear spring.?

I thought I had it strait using a socket as a guide running it down both sides between the rocker and frame but this didnt work. seems to shift as I tighten. I figured if I could keep it in line by keeping the rod I made for the front locator hole in while I torque down the body it would stay but the back is off now....I think

Any help or experience appreciated.

I take a tape measure and measure between the frame and the bottom of the rocker lip on both sides, measure at the same place on both sides, front and rear. Move body until it is even on both sides, tighten one front bolt snug, then the other front bolt snug. Remeasure to see if it has moved. I haven't had any problems with the body moving when I tighten them down. Maybe just snugging the bolts one at a time will not pull the body to one side or the other. If it is off within an 1/8" or so it will not matter as long as it is even from front to rear. There is enough adjustment in the core support bushings to still align the doghouse.
