Does anyone know where I can find a set of rear factory tinted quarter glass for my 68 rag? Also what years and models of convertible A bodies are interchangeable for that application for that particular year of chevelle?

That's a darn good question.
I shelled out for an extra set of convertible glass , because I was told I wouldn't be able to buy replacement glass - at all.
Since I'm in Maine, where we're sheltered from the 'good stuff' being done in poplulated areas, where's there a bigger market for that type of thing, can someone still get replacement glass for a old car?

Try Hemmings Motor News. If it's not in there, it doesn't exist. Your local bookstore should have it in stock- it looks like a small brown phone book. ($5.95, $8.50 Canadian). This is classified advertising every old car enthusiast should have.
I seem to remember all GM A-bodies from '68-'72 being interchangeable on convertible parts. (Chevelle, Skylark, Lemans/Tempest, and Cutlass).

I have a couple of contacts here in Canada for clear stuff, but nothing for tinted, I know it is out there just have to search. As for hemmings, everything in there is way over priced.

Try http://www.autocityclassics.com/ I have a 70 Convertible and got a estimate for my quarter glass from them and they told me around $150 each, that is for the green tint and date coded glass. How hard is it to put quarter panel glass in, and also front door glass? Is there something I should look out for? Thanks!
