I have a 1966 ss chevelle convertible. The trim tag lists the color as C-1. Lower=C (Ermine White) What does the 1 mean? I'm assuming it is white. Is this correct. The info I have seen shows 2 letters on the trim tag for the body color.

Yes 2 letters for hardtops, denoting the upper and lower body colors. Convertible is different.
1=white top 2=black top
