Hey sun-gazers.
I'm re-assembling my top after doing a frame-off of the car and need to get the top components back in to adjust my windows, before assembling more of the interior. I disassembled the car my previous house, many years ago and had forgotten a few things as time passed. graemlins/clonk.gif
I'm guessing the rain gutter goes in first, then mount the top into the quarterpanels, adjust the top mounting points to center the top, align with the windshield header, then the windows can be adjusted to the top.
Other than adjusting the top to fall into the windshield correctly, are there any other adjustments that need to be made to the top mechanism?
I'll be getting new top weatherstripping from Yr1, unless anyone steers me in another direction.
*BTW, my wife's only 'car requirement' was to add A/C. {{Happy wife, Happy life}} After getting the parts and a template off another car to cut/weld the firewall, it really wasn't that big of a deal, considering the other work involved in the project.
Thanks very much for the assist.
