Just did a dash swap (sweep to a SS).
I know that the power top circuit is separate.
But the top goes up, but not down.
Any ideas? check pump or wire contacts?
any chance a pump burn out on one side?

you might try to unplug the pump and check that you are getting voltage to both wires. There should be one wire for the "up" and one for the "down" going to the pump (plus a ground that is seperate).

It sounds like it might just be a bad switch, or maybe a broken wire.
