Is there really a big time copo expert that lives in Wheaton, IL? This guy on a jobsite told me about him and said people pay him to come certify their cars as a true copo, yenko, etc. He told me his daughter grew up with this guys daughter, and that he always has between 8 and 10 super rare cars in the garage but he can't tell me where he lives because it's top secret. Just wondered.
