You make it pretty tough to venture a guess. "2nd owner...stored inside for 25 years...never seen rain...really low mileage...will need restored"
Without knowing just what needs to be restored, it's hard to say. But I will guess at $5K.

How is the body? The interior? The undercarriage? Just because it's "inside" doesn't mean it sat inside on concrete/asphalt. A friend of mine bought his 68 firebird and it was covered for about 10 years he was told. He pulled up to the sellers house, and yes it was covered...by 6 inches of dirt and mud. The car sat under a carport, in the grass for all those years. He got the car for a good price, even though it sat like that. But, now, a few years later; the undercarriage is in need of work. But he likes the car and that's all that matters in it all I guess.
Yikes....5k?
It would have to be a pretty decent car needing maybe a paint job, and some detailing for that kind of coin.
The Rally Novas were basicly a base Nova with a stripe package. The "poor mans SS" if you will.
The L65 350 2bbl was the biggest motor available.
Check out novaresource.org for more details.
IF the car is SUPER nice, unmolested, low miles, NICE interior, nice paint, original everything, top $$ would be MAYBE 12k
