Within the past week supposibly a yenko camaro came through our dealership for a "inspection sticker. Unfortunately I didn't get to see it and even if I had I couldn't ID a genuine one. The story I heard from the service writer who dealt with the owner is that he just bought it recently for $100k plus and was trailer back from the east coast. Anyone know of a new yenko owner in Texas? Just curious if I missed something or if someone was blowin' smoke.

Any info on the color and the VIN by chance. I do know there was one headed out that way.
Any chance you can get the VIN from the inspection paperwork?????

I'm goin' to try to get more information tomorrow.
Service writer almost came back and got me because he knew of my interests in the cars. He did not know they even existed but said the owner was adamant about it being the real deal.

The inspections here include the VIN and a copy of that is kept by the inspector. Also most dealerships put the VIN on the service ticket.

I'm sure I can track down the vin out of the inspection book as I do know one was done. I shouldn't have much trouble as I'm sure not many 69 camaro's have been done recently. If I find the Vin I'll post it or part of it if its appropriate to do so.
