I found a nova in a guys yard but didnt get a good look at it. It looked like the 1969 body style. Im not to familiar with nova stuff so please forgive me if Im wrong. It had the yenko looking stripes going down the side. It was a tan kindof color.
First question.
Did the novas come with a stripe down the side. (similar to '69 chevelle)?
I didnt get a clean look at the stripe to see if it had the "dip" on the quarter pannel. The stripe went up towards the trunk lid also. This car looked like it was in original condition. (could be wrong). It didnt look rusty either.
Are there any other ways to figure out if it is a yenko just by looking at it? I dont really want to go ask the guy "Is that a Yenko?" and then ask if he would be interested in selling.
Thanks for the help .
