Some hideous type of berry (not mulberry) stained the paint on my hood and fender. A mild scouring with a "scrubbie" wouldn't get the stains off. What do I use?
The paint is 2 years old (Dupont Emron).

You could also try a "cleaner wax" or polish these will have very mild abrasives in them. Finish with a coat of your regular wax.

I've never used one but apparently a "clay bar" is good for that sort of thing.
Good luck.

Are you sure those so called berries have not gone through a bird before they were deposited on your car? That happened to me and I managed to polish most of it out but you can still see it a bit if you know where to look.

Good thought on the clay bar. I know Meguires has one. Probably others too. They supposedly "lift" stuff out of the paint.
