Has anyone out there found a good quality 70 chevelle front fender that is reasonably priced..(not 300.00 shipping fee).. Also has anyone ever tried buying at Carlisle?..I was wondering if there might be vendors there so I could avoid shipping..

Since your going to Carlisle, you can probably find a rust free fender for $150. I scored one for my '63 Impala.
There are usually 2 or more vendors there that bring good used western sheetmetal.
A rust free original, no shipping for $150...nobody can beat that!

good 70 fenders are getting pretty tough to find, I looked for a couple of years before I finally bought a whole car that had new original GM fenders and C.I. hood, switched the parts and resold it
I was trying to deal with a guy from Toledo on a pair of 70 NOS fenders, he emailed me back this week and said he sold them to another vender for 1,000.00
