Way nice car! how did those wilwood kits fit for you? Who did you get them from? I'm trying to convince myself to do that project by july, we'll see if it happens.

Hey thanks for the compliments. The steering wheel is a billet specialties part. I believe its called a "classic" with the wood ring. I liked it because it gives a llok of the original wood wheel and with the simulted horn ring its kind of like the bigger style wheel that was on it. The wilwood disc went on really easy also. The only real modification was one of the holes in the drum brake arm I believe the steering arm had to be drilled larger for the bolt that they give you the other was fine other than that it was very easy. The rear were easy as well.

It's from March the pulleys and brackets are in one complete kit. Yes it is a long water pump also. I still have yet to mount the power steering reservoir though. Nice kit but a little pricey.

Your car looks great! Mine is in the body shop right now. Can you tell us specifically what color that is? Is it 66 Marina Blue? What brand of paint?

I want mine to be a medium blue also, pretty much like yours. I can picture in my mind exactly the shade I want, but I don't know how to specify what it is, and pictures and paint chips can be deceiving, as evidenced by a couple of your indoor pics where the colors look different.

Its 1966 marina blue code f-f
the brand is ppg and its base/clear
I think its a great color a couple of the pics outside are almost dead on as far as what it looks like there are some on the inside that make it look different. I will say this though I painted it over a blue sealer too it may change some depending on the undercoat red/grey ect. I picked a medium blue so it would cover a little better.
thanks

Thanks for the paint info. The bodyshop I'm using uses DuPont products, but I would guess that the Marina Blue would be the same regardless.

I hope you'll post some pictures when the car is finished.
