I have a 67 Chevelle. What location would you use front and back to jack up the car? Sorry for the stupid question.

I jack up the front on the frame support cross member under the engine. I jack up the rear under the rear differential. Is that what you are looking for?

Yes... better safe than sorry... I just get diff answers from diff people and I want to make sure i do it correct without doing damage to myself or the car...

i do the same as 71, but DONT FORGET JACK STANDS!! never use blocks. always jack stands.

if only one side of the front needs to come up, I like the Lower A-frame keeps the wheel from hanging down too.
(unless of course you need it to hang down)
