I just finished repairing the rust on my 65 Elcamino front and rear window channels, and one spot on the roof near the drip rail. I have some areas where I need maybe 1/32 of body filler due to a litte mismatch from welding in new metal. Do I use a filler with fiberglass in it for strengh or will a filler like evercoat lite work just fine. Also can I use POR-15 on top of body filler in the window channels for extra rust protection.

The Por 15 silver should have been used as a base, with everything else applied on top of it. Por works best when used on bare metal. As for the filler, you might want to give Por putty a try.

plastic filler. Why. because it's WATER PROOF
not like most body fillers which are not!
rough in the areas with Tiger Hair and finnish off with your Evercoat LITE.

POR 15 only has value on rusted or sand blasted metal, Iwouldn't use it under plastic filler. Use the glass first then the lite which is good bondo,bondo. Personaly mua uses RAGE, the best.
