There is a shop in Festus, MO. Its called Manns AutoBody. Take your car there and they will do all the work you need and warranty it for life against bubbles, rust or whatever. Very good reputation. Seen quite a few cars that they done work on. NICE.

I am absolutely sure. The guy that owns, runs and works there lives in my hometown. He has advertisements all the time. He does awesome work! My buddy just got his '67 SS done in triple black and you can't find a wrinkle, bubble, wave anywhere in it, and they replaced both 1/4 panels, door skins and the roof. Looks great. He has a written life time warranty, stating they guarantee all the welds preformed on the car will stay rust free for the lifetime of the car. The number there is 636-937-7007. Its located in Festus, MO. Its about 30 minutes South of St. Louis.
