I have a 1970 chevelle SS and my :confused: depressed park wipers do not seat at base of windshield, they are about 3" above hood. Is there any adjustments or can anyone tell me how to readjust. Thanks steelworker

If you look down in the cowl, where the control arms bolt to the motor, you will notice a small rectangular piece of metal with, I believe, two nuts on it. Loosen these nuts and adjust as necessary.

This should do the trick.
