Does anyone know where to get a new wiring gutter....the plastic piece that runs along the top of the rad support and holds the horn relay wiring from the battery.

There's no such thing. The wiring harness has little plastic clips that snap into the holes. The wiring runs through the underside of the top of the support.

That would explain why I couldn't find one.

The gutter that is on the car looks like it should be there...its held on with 5 or 6 small screws and forms to the top of the support?
