What does the number mean when a stall converter is listed (ie:2500, 3500, 4500)? The higher number always seems to be listed with a more powerful motor.

A 2500 stall convertor will start moving the car at 2500 basically. Back halfing a car means you have cut out the original rear inner wheel wells and associated frame and replaced them with big wheel tubs, narrowed rear end, and big fat tires.
